Refund and Return Policies Village Auto Parts offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all online purchases. If you're not 100% satisfied, we will either provide an exchange or a full refund. Please request a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION # by email at info@vapnapa.com. A written detailed explanation regarding the reason for the return or exchange must be provided. RGA's are not provided by phone. (Refunds for returns without prior authorization will incur additional fees and may be significantly delayed.) To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions: 1. Include the RGA reference # with the returned product. Please note the reason for return and include a copy of the original invoice. 2. Return product in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer. 3. Include all parts, hardware and instructions supplied by the manufacturer with the original product. 4. Return the product in new condition - not used, installed or disassembled. Product must be in resellable condition. 5. Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping. 6. For your benefit send domestic returns via UPS-Ground, or other trackable shipping method. Return Authorization will be valid for 30 days. Therefore, returns must be received by us within 30 days from the RGA issue date to receive full credit. Returns that do not meet the stated guidelines will either be denied or will incur an additional fee.
